hey all,
its a another weekend and i've survived another friday night out, but only just 80)
still not quite content with the style of www.thecashjunky.com/ so dont be shocked if its looks different EVERY time you visit - i'm one of those "i'll know what i want when i see it" people.
also just a little warning, i seem to be developing an "online stutter" so ignore typo's and such for the time being.
what have i been up so this week?
lots and then not so much,
tweeking www.thecashjunky.com/ , playing with my hypervre software, get yours at www.hypervre.com to create subdomains for niche subjects, have gotten invovled with a google "think tank", stay tuned to see how to get in on that...
still havent found a niche i'm comfortable for my new ebook (thats been a work in progress a bit too long for my liking ... must start/finish it before i go mad)
i also see "twittering" is on the rise, i'm not sold on it yet but we'll see.
learning as i go with css stylesheets, design is not my strong point as www.thecashjunky is still a crime against web design but i'm getting there thanks to google.
this week on www.facebook.com i have mainly just been updating my profile with "going to" and "home from" pub related chatter and trying different apps but at least my friends list is growing nicely.
it really is a great way to make contact with people and learn as an online marketer, because everyone is there for the same reason - networking.
i wont say much about EBAY's recent policy change on download products because EVERYONE is on about it, in my opinion, some people will lose out as a result but i think those who use ebay a platform for their business and actually want to succeed will adapt and the big guys are already doing this.so no i dont think EBAY's change of policy will hurt the "real" marketers on ebay.
if you adapt to phyical products or have a mentor you'll be fine.
blogging...
still have to structure my day, work out how i'm going organise the "lads trip to Edinburgh for the fringe" (probably will do that about 2 days before we go) and by next week decide how i'm spending my birthday.
